The Barbados Light Railway
In the 1870’s til the 1930’s, the Barbados Light Railway operated from Bridgetown through Bathsheba to Belleplaine. Today, the remnants of this railway line can be seen in the form of footpaths and hiking trails and the occasional metal stakes left from the tracks which remain visible.
